Rubicon’s client is a well-established manufacturing company within the Tech Sector. They are on the hunt for a new Logistics Operative to play a pivotal role in contributing towards the smooth running of business operations.
As the new Logistics Operative, you’ll benefit from:

Monday to Friday working week (no more weekends or evenings!)
As a Logistics Operative, you’ll be:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for orders.
Handle the processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Arrange transportation for the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and methods.
Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
To be the successful Logistics Operative, you’ll have:
A minimum of 1 year’s work experience in operations, understanding Export documentation.
Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise between multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
Strong IT skills
Holding counterbalance and reach truck licence - preferable
Good work history
For this position you MUST be based within 20 miles of Edenbridge and have your own transport
