Position Overview: We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee and support our students during their lunch break. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to contribute to their well-being and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas.
Ensure a safe and positive environment by promoting good behaviour and addressing any issues that arise.
Assist students with their meals, including helping younger children with opening lunch items and encouraging healthy eating habits.
Organise and engage children in activities and games during the break period.
Communicate effectively with teaching staff and report any concerns or incidents.Requirements:
Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups of children effectively and maintain a calm, authoritative presence.
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
