Job Description

M&E Engineer – Prestigious Office Portfolio (Mayfair & Belgravia)
Locations: 5 Sites – 4 in Mayfair, 1 in Belgravia
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Join a close-knit team of engineers in one of London’s most prestigious commercial portfolios.

We’re working directly with a global FM provider to recruit an M&E Engineer.You’ll be part of a stable, supportive team already trusted by our agency – we’ve successfully placed six engineers here and feedback is consistently positive.

The Role:

  * Planned and reactive maintenance across 5 high-end office sites

  * Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, testing, repairs

  * Supporting building services across HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing & controls

  * Regular interaction with tenants and site managers

  * Qualified M&E Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias considered)
