Are you an experienced M&E Manager looking to join a leading main contractor delivering high profile construction projects across the UK?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of major developments. You'll play a key role in managing the mechanical and electrical elements of large, complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

The Role

  * Managing the mechanical and electrical delivery of major construction projects.

  * Coordinating M&E subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

  * Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions.

  * Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors

  * Managing quality inspections, commissioning activities and handover.

  * Monitoring programme, progress and project costs relating to M&E packages.

  * Attending site, client and subcontractor meetings.

  * Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues.

  * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

  * Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to final completion.

The Person

  * Previous experience as an M&E Manager on large construction projects.

  * Background working for a main contractor or major specialist contractor.

  * Experience delivering high-value commercial, residential or public sector developments.

  * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  * Able to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex M&E packages.
