Job Description

Site Supervisor (Site Management) – 3 Positions Available

Manchester | Minimum 6-Month Contract | £300 per day

We are recruiting for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join a leading national Facilities Management provider, delivering projects within a live healthcare environment in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site professionals with either a mechanical or electrical background who have previous experience working within a live hospital environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and with minimal disruption to critical hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

  * Oversee the day-to-day delivery of works within a live hospital environment.

  * Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

  * Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.

  * Monitor project progress, quality and programme delivery.

  * Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders and operational teams to minimise disruption.

  * Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain site records.

  * Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.

  * Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.

Requirements

  * Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position.

  * Mechanical or Electrical background is essential.

  * Previous experience working within a live hospital or healthcare environment.

  * Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  * SMSTS or SSSTS.

  * Valid CSCS Card.

  * First Aid at Work (desirable).
