Machine Operative
Looking for your next manufacturing opportunity with long term career prospects? Pertemps is recruiting a Machine Operative to join a well established manufacturing business in Cheltenham. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering excellent training, paid breaks, overtime opportunities, and clear progression routes with pay increases available for long term employees.

Alternating Weekly Shift

Week 1
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 12:00

Week 2
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
Enjoy every weekend off with an early finish every Friday!

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing products according to production requirements
Feeding materials into machinery
Monitoring machine performance and output
Carrying out basic quality checks
Following production schedules and targets
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider production team as requiredWhat We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
