Job Description

Machine Operator (Late Afternoon / Evening Shift)

Aldershot
 £13-£15 per hour
 Monday-Thursday, approx. 3:30pm start (4-5 hour shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You will work alongside existing staff on a rota system, ensuring support is always available during training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Operating pre-programmed CNC/automated machines (no programming required)
Changing tooling and carrying out basic adjustments
Reading and understanding technical drawings
Checking completed parts against drawings and quality standardsWhat We're Looking For

Previous machining or machine operating experience
Confidence with tool changes and basic machine operations
Ability to read drawings and use measuring equipment
Someone reliable, practical, and able to work independently once trainedTraining Provided

Full training on our machinery and processes will be given. Earlier start times may be available while training.
