The Role:

*Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
*Working on lighting, power, and building services
*Fault finding, testing, and repairs
*Supporting small installation and improvement works
*Maintaining high standards across a well-kept site
*8:30-17:00 37 hours a week

The Person:

*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*18th Edition preferred
*Experience in maintenance or building services
*Looking for a stable, long-term role
*Values structure, consistency, and work-life balance
*Takes pride in delivering quality work
