Job Description

KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global company in the food production industry at their site based in Rochdale.
With a focus on optimising production processes and ensuring high-quality output, you’ll be part of a company offering genuine career stability and progression as they continue to grow.
What’s on offer?
  * £48,000 per year
  * Fri - Sun | 12 hour shifts | 6am - 6pm
  * Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
  * 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer?
  * Performing reactive and planned maintenance on machinery
  * Designing improvements in production processes to boost efficiency
  * Collaborating with teams to maintain quality & safety standards
  * Optimising operations to hit production targets
  * Investigating issues and identifying areas to improve
  * Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technology
What do you need?
  * Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
  * Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
  * Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
