Maintenance Engineer
£50,000 + Career Progression + Technical Development + Holidays + Pension
Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Monday - Friday days
If you're a Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing environment, this opportunity in Worksop could be your next step.
This Maintenance Engineer role is based at a busy manufacturing site in Worksop supporting a 24/7 production operation. The Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in keeping production machinery running efficiently, responding to breakdowns and completing planned maintenance across the site.
The Maintenance Engineer Role
  * 
    Planned preventative maintenance across production machinery
  * 
    Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  * 
    Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
  * 
    Stripping, inspecting and rebuilding mechanical components
  * 
    Maintaining conveyors, motors and drive systems
  * 
    Supporting continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment
  * 
    Maintaining accurate engineering records
Maintenance Engineer - What We’re Looking For
  * 
    NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  * 
    Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
  * 
    Strong fault-finding ability
  * 
    Knowledge of pneumatic systems
  * 
    A proactive and hands-on engineering approach
  * 
    PLC fault-finding knowledge
  * 
    Basic welding or fabrication experience
