The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join their experienced team. In this role, you will carry out a variety of property maintenance tasks, working on both pre-planned and reactive projects across residential and commercial properties.

Day-to-day duties may include:

  * Painting and decorating

  * Basic plumbing and carpentry

  * Minor electrical tasks

  * General property maintenance and repairs

The role will primarily cover sites in Plymouth, with occasional travel to Exeter and further afield.

About You

The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, values quality, and enjoys providing an excellent service to customers.

Essential skills & experience:

  * Previous experience in property maintenance

  * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  * Good organisational skills with the ability to manage daily workload

  * A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills

Desirable (training can be provided):

  * Knowledge of health and safety at work
