£58,000 to £62,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support and/or Sponsorship Available

The Role
Lead and support a maintenance team
Manage maintenance schedules and breakdown response
Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running of plant machinery
Drive performance, reliability, and improvement across the site
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, with overtime availableThe Person
Experienced Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor from manufacturing
Mechanical Engineer
Confident leading teams and prioritising workloads
