Provide effective and strategic leadership to the organisation.
Develop and execute the company's short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals.
Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.
Oversee sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve financial measures.
Represent the company at key events and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
Drive sales and marketing excellence through strategic alignment and collaboration.
Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring robust processes and compliance with industry standards.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the property industry.
