Job Description

Fancy making your mark on the Healthcare industry and people’s lives? As Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of innovative healthcare solutions.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you’ll act as a true change agent, leading projects that improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen our competitive edge. You’ll analyse and transform manufacturing processes, introduce smarter ways of working, and ensure consistent adherence to high standards across the factory. From driving continuous improvement initiatives to solving complex production challenges, your impact will be felt across every stage of our operations.

You’ll use your expertise in CAD, including SolidWorks, to design and refine tooling and products, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and cost requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll support project delivery, contribute to FMEA activities, and champion Lean and DMAIC methodologies to deliver lasting improvements.

Role: Manufacturing Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Lean Manufacturing Engineer, CI Engineer, Process Engineer, 

Location: Halifax (Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:15pm, 12:30pm finish on a Friday) 

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, open to discussion

A background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is essential, alongside experience in project delivery and continuous improvement practices.
