Manufacturing Supervisor

Telford

Permanent

up to circa £39,000 per annum (experience dependant)

Monday – Friday (DAYS)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join a well-established engineering organisation renowned for innovation and continued growth. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and guide, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating workloads, solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be getting involved in:

  * Daily supervision and motivation of an assembly team

  * Planning and managing projects through to completion, including on-site installations

  * Reporting progress to the Manufacturing Manager on a daily and weekly basis

  * Driving a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to Health & Safety standards

  * Mentoring and managing team performance

We are looking for someone who has experience in:

  * Previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within manufacturing / Assembly environment

  * Hands-on mechanical/electrical fitting experience

  * Proven ability to deliver projects to tight timescales

  * HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical discipline

  * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  * Happy to travel to travel to customer sites (international) up to 4 times per year
