Manufacturing Team Leader – Coventry - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

This 6 month fixed term Manufacturing Team Leader position in Coventry is ideal for an experienced team leader, supervisor, or manager from a fast‑paced, high‑volume production background—whether Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators to consistently achieve daily output targets.
Manage production performance, including KPIs, quality standards, and throughput across diverse manufacturing processes.
Ensure all products meet the highest levels of quality assurance and operational excellence.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity, processes, and team performance.
Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
Provide clear communication, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative, proactive team culture.
