Marketing Manager

Melksham, Wiltshire (Hybrid Working)
 £40,000 - £55,000 

Our client is a successful and growing consumer products business supplying retailers across the UK, USA and international markets. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing activity across trade, consumer and digital channels.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Working closely with Sales, Product, Design and Ecommerce teams, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across trade and consumer audiences.
Create retailer marketing initiatives, launch materials and sales support tools.
Support lead generation, customer retention and new business development.
Drive digital marketing activity including content, SEO, ecommerce support and promotional campaigns.
Develop social media, influencer and audience engagement strategies.
Manage relationships with brand partners and maximise collaborative marketing opportunities.
Lead marketing activity for trade shows, exhibitions and events.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, catalogues, presentations and content.
Manage and develop a direct report within the marketing team.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse ROI and provide recommendations for improvement.
Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.About You

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys balancing creativity with business objectives and can confidently work across multiple projects and channels.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager position with a strong background in multi-channel marketing.
Digital marketing and ecommerce experience with additional experience managing events, exhibitions or trade shows.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing people, agencies or external partners.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms.
Strong interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies.
Ability to evaluate performance using data and insights.Desirable

Experience within consumer products, retail, lifestyle, publishing or related sectors.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketing automation tools (Faire, Zoho, Shopify or similar)
Experience with brand partnerships, licensing or specialist retail channels.What's on Offer?
