Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be working for a global leader in facilities management and responsible for maintaining x4 high-end commercial offices in the heart of London’s Westend, If you’re an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  * Reactive Maintenance

  * PPMs

  * Mechanical plant includes heating systems, pumps, FCU’s and fault finding on water systems.

  * Complying with SFG20

  * Record Keeping / Logbooks

Requirements

  * Level 3 Mechanical Engineer or Plumbing

  * G3 Unvented (Advantageous)

  * 5 years’ experience in a similar position

  * Right to work in the UK
