Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Ealing (Twyford Abbey), London
Salary: £75k–£80k + Package

The Role:

  * 

    Manage mechanical delivery of 200+ apartment residential project

  * 

    Oversee project from contract stage to final handover

  * 

    Maintain site health, safety and welfare standards

  * 

    Audit mechanical design information for compliance

  * 

    Manage commissioning processes and ensure correct sign-off

  * 

    Maintain comprehensive quality, testing, and commissioning records

  * 

    Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor on commercial matters

  * 

    Attend regular on-site and progress meetings

  * 

    Oversee preparation of O&M manuals

  * 

    Provide technical support to the internal project team

  * 

    Create RAMS & ITPs

  * 

    Handle procurement, subcontractor orders and purchase orders

  * 

    Prepare technical submittals

  * 

    Review design information, raise RFIs and propose solutions

  * 

    Manage client handover and aftercare

  * 

    Report directly to the Managing Director

The Ideal Candidate:

  * 

    5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

  * 

    Experience on large residential or commercial projects (£2m+)

  * 

    Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card

  * 

    Strong communication and organisational skills

  * 

    Based in or commutable to West London
