Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Continental Shift - Moorgate, London – £55,000 per annum
 
My client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy commercial building that has 36 stories in Moorgate, London. The ideal Candidate has experience with tenants and feels confidnet to work on their own and occasionaly with a team.

4 nights, 4 off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off, 4 days
07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00Key Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant and building services
Work on chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors
General plumbing and pipework maintenance
Water treatment and temperature checks
Fault-finding and resolution on a range of mechanical systems
BMS monitoring and adjustments
Support electrical and general building services tasks where required
Escort specialist subcontractors when needed
Maintain high standards of service delivery in a client-facing environmentRequirements
Mechanical qualifications (C&G / NVQ or equivalent)
Strong experience in commercial building services maintenance
Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and plumbing
Multi-skilled with a proactive approach to fault finding and maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
