Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a large Shell & Core Project in Henley-on-Thames. This is the full Mechanical package altough Commerical Sprinkler, VRF and Ductwork experience is essential

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading M&E contractor overseeing the full mechanical package from installation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  * Supervise all mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

  * Manage and coordinate subcontractors

  * Monitor progress and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements.

  * Liaise with the site management team, engineers, and other trades.

  * Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.

  * Tool Box Talks

Essential Requirements

  * Strong experience supervising commercial spinkler installations, VRF Systems, and Ductwork Installations.

  * Experience overseeing full mechanical packages, including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, and associated mechanical services.

  * Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  * Valid CSCS Card.

  * SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
