Mechanical Site Supervisors – Leeds City Centre
We’re currently looking for 2 experienced Mechanical Site Supervisors to join a major new-build residential project in Leeds city centre.

Our client is a Tier 1 M&E contractor with 75+ years’ industry experience, delivering major mechanical and electrical projects across the UK.

The Role:

Position: Mechanical Site Supervisor
Rate: £270–£290 per day
Duration: 12 months
Start: Immediate
Interview: Required
Location: Leeds city centre
Project: Major new-build development comprising 600+ apartments
Responsibilities:

  * Supervising mechanical subcontractors and site activities

  * Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme

  * Managing QA processes and quality standards

  * Maintaining and managing H&S documentation

  * Coordinating with the wider site team and other trades

  * Supporting the successful delivery of the mechanical package

What we’re looking for:

Must have experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor - any experience working on large-scale residential projects is desirable but not essential.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of mechanical building services, be confident managing subcontractors and have a good understanding of QA, H&S and site documentation.

This is a 12-month opportunity on a significant 600+ apartment development, with an immediate start available following interview.
