Media Sales Executive
Media Sales Executive – Ambitious B2B Sales Professional
Location : Stamford - Full time - Office based - Monday - Friday 08:45 -17:30
Salary upto £35k plus commission
Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning new business and exceeding targets? We're looking for an experienced B2B Media Sales Executive with the confidence, resilience and determination to build lasting client relationships and drive commercial growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hungry salesperson who enjoys opening doors, developing accounts and selling innovative advertising across digital and event platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  * 
    Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, networking and lead generation.
  * 
    Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  * 
    Develop strong relationships with decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
  * 
    Conduct client meetings, presentations and virtual sales appointments.
  * 
    Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value sales opportunities.
  * 
    Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and grow revenue.
  * 
    Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts.
  * 
    Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
About You
  * 
    Proven success in a B2B sales environment, ideally within media, advertising, events, publishing or marketing services.
  * 
    A genuine hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
  * 
    Highly motivated, competitive and target driven.
  * 
    Confident making high volumes of outbound sales calls and securing appointments.
  * 
    Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  * 
    Able to build rapport quickly with senior decision-makers.
  * 
    Resilient, self-motivated and determined to succeed.
  * 
    Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities.
  * 
    Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  * 
    Full UK driving licence (if client visits are required).
