As a Medical Case Coordinator (Registered Nurse), you will:

Manage and coordinate medical cases for international clients and their dependents

Provide clinical advice remotely via phone and secure digital channels

Liaise with global healthcare providers to obtain medical information and arrange treatment

Review reports to ensure high standards of care and continuity

Offer pre-travel medical guidance and assess fitness to travel

To succeed as a Medical Case Coordinator (Registered Nurse), you’ll need to be:

NMC Registered (RGN) with experience in acute, emergency, or community nursing

A confident decision-maker with strong clinical judgement

A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Comfortable using technology to support patients remotely

Experienced in medical assistance, case management, or insurance (preferred but not essential)
