Mental Health Support Worker - Reading ASAP Start - Full-Time Role Are you passionate about supporting young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing? A supportive and forward-thinking school in Reading is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. This role involves working with students who experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges and benefit from additional pastoral support throughout the school day. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will help students manage emotions, build resilience, and stay engaged with learning. Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals, you will support students both in the classroom and through one-to-one interventions. This Mental Health Support Worker position is particularly well suited to individuals interested in careers in psychology, counselling, social work, youth work, or mental health support.
