Ensure all work complies with industry safety and compliance guidelines
Support junior team members where required to uphold team standardsRequirements of the MET Technician:

Proven experience as a MET Technician or Crash Mechanic within a busy workshop environment
Qualification to at least Senior ATA Level 3 in MET and Body Repair
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
