Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Witham that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher to join their successful Languages department. The school is dedicated to delivering high-quality language education and encouraging students to become confident communicators with a broader understanding of the world around them.

Job Overview

Full-time, Monday to Friday MFL Teacher role.
Teach Modern Foreign Languages across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential Key Stage 5 opportunities for suitable candidates).
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons that inspire a love of language learning.
Develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Monitor, assess and track student progress to ensure strong academic outcomes.
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Languages department and across the wider school community.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities, including language clubs, cultural events and educational visits.This MFL Teacher role in Witham offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking school that values both student success and staff development. What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
Experience teaching French, Spanish or another Modern Foreign Language at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for language learning.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
The ability to engage, motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
