Job Description

ROLE: Mig Welder
LOCATION: Leicester, LE4
HOURS: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00. Friday 07:00-13:00
PAY: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)

Frontline Recruitment is seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our client's team in Leicester (LE4) on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be working with steel, carrying out fabrication, MIG welding, and general workshop duties. You will play a key part in ensuring products are built to high-quality standards while working from engineering drawings.

THE ROLE

  * MIG welding and fabrication of steel components

  * Reading and working from technical drawings

  * Grinding and finishing work to required standards

  * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  * Meeting production targets and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

  * Minimum 5 years’ MIG welding experience

  * Strong fabrication skills

  * Confident working with steel

  * Ability to read engineering drawings

  * Experience using grinding equipment

  * Reliable, hardworking and a team player
