Job Description

Mobile Electrical Engineer (Temp – 6 to 8 Weeks)

Leeds & Surrounding Areas**

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to provide temporary cover for 6–8 weeks across a range of sites in Leeds and the surrounding areas. You will carry out PPMs and general reactive maintenance across a mix of government buildings, local authority sites, and commercial offices.

Some sites will require active or lapsed Security Clearance, so candidates with SC or previous clearance experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across various buildings

  * 

    Reactive electrical maintenance and basic repairs

  * 

    Work across government, corporate, and local authority sites

  * 

    Travel between sites using company-provided van

  * 

    No testing & inspection required (this is handled separately)

Requirements

  * 

    18th Edition qualified (BS7671)

  * 

    Security Clearance (active or lapsed) – essential for specific sites

  * 

    Strong background in electrical maintenance

  * 

    Full clean UK driving licence

  * 

    Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  * 

    Good communication skills and a professional approach on client sites
