Role - Mobile Service Advisor 
Location - Stoke 
Salary - OTE £33,000

Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Mobile Service Controller to join our team in Stoke.
 This role is ideal for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys dealing with customers and keeping things organised. You’ll be supporting the service department by managing bookings, speaking with customers, and making sure work is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Mobile Service Advisor Role:

Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended work clearly and confidently
Allocate work to technicians and manage workflow efficiently
Coordinate bookings and liaise with technicians to ensure efficient turnaround
Deliver exceptional customer care and follow-up communication
Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining trust and transparency
Manage digital job cards, service records, and mobile scheduling tools to help transition onto digital job cardsRequirements for this Mobile Service Advisor Role:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive aftersales
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to work independently
Full, clean driving licence
Confident using tablets, apps, and digital systems What We Offer
