Job Description

Mobile Smart Repairer/Paint Technician required for our Client’s busy Bodyshop located in Guildford. 
 
 Working as a Mobile Smart Repairer/Paint Technician for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000, OTE £65,000.

Performing high-quality SMART repairs on vehicles directly at customer locations
Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Fixing scuffs, scratches, dents, and paint damage using specialised techniques and equipment
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements:

You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
Hands-on experience with water-based paints and 2K clearcoats
Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel
Proven experience as a Smart Repairer, Paint Sprayer, or equivalent role
You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
