Mortgage Administrator – Hybrid – Southend
Location: Southend, Essex (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + £4,000–£5,000 annual bonus + pension + DIS
Role: Full-time, permanent
A well-established mortgage brokerage in Southend is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join its growing team. This hybrid role offers a strong basic salary, annual bonuses, and long-term career progression within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a personal pipeline of 20–25 active cases per month
• Provide full admin support from application to completion
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of mortgage applications
• Complete pre-submission compliance checks
• Maintain client updates, records and CRM systems
Requirements
• Mortgage Administration experience is essential
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and lender criteria
• Excellent communication, accuracy and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline and work to deadlines
• Experience with mortgage CRM systems (e.g. Twenty7Tec, IRESS, Mortgage Brain)
