MOT Tester Vacancy - Aylesbury!
Up To £37,000 Salary + Uncapped Bonus (£43,000 + OTE)
40 Hour Week Monday To Friday 8am- 5pm / Saturday Morning Rota 1 In 3

Manufacturer Training & Development Program Are you an experienced MOT Tester looking for a new opportunity within a prestigious dealership in Buckinghamshire? Our client, a leading automotive service centre, is seeking a skilled and motivated MOT Tester to join their busy workshop in Aylesbury. If you pride yourself on delivering top-quality vehicle inspections and repairs, this role offers an excellent platform to further your career with one of the most reputable brands in the industry.

Mixture Of MOT Testing & Light PDI Inspections / Servicing
Prestige Main Car Dealership Environment
Manufacturer Training & Development Program Duties:
Conducting MOT tests in line with manufacturer and industry standards
Performing vehicle health checks and reporting on necessary repairs
Carrying out routine vehicle services and minor repairs
Inspecting lights, tyres, electrical, and mechanical components
Completing detailed and accurate paperwork in line with dealership procedures
Supporting vehicle prep and accessory fittings as requested by customers
Taking vehicles for road tests to verify repair qualityRequirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent industry experience
Valid MOT licence and full UK driving licence
Proven experience in vehicle inspections, testing, and basic repairs
Self-motivated, supportive team player with a keen eye for detail
Ambitious with a desire to enhance skills through manufacturer training
