Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 DOE
We are seeking a highly capable Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our small, hands-on engineering team. This role requires someone who is confident, experienced, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of equipment
* Work with PLC systems and control panels
* Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
* Support continuous improvement and maintenance programmes
* Travel across the North West to carry out maintenance, repairs, and support at various retail locations
About You:
* Strong electrical engineering background
* Multi-skilled with solid mechanical understanding
* Proven experience with PLC controls and control panel work
* Excellent fault-finding abilities
* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing demands
* Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
* Self-sufficient and confident working in a small engineering team
* Willing and able to travel throughout the Northwest as part of the role
