Job Description

We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to oversee engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising production machinery, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Salary: £50,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights)
Key Responsibilities:
  * 
    Maintenance, servicing, and inspections of production and service plant equipment.
  * 
    Support new installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  * 
    Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
  * 
    Ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety standards.
About You:
  * 
    Electrically qualified (apprenticeship, ONC, City & Guilds, or 17th/18th Edition).
  * 
    Multi-skilled with strong problem-solving ability.
  * 
    Background in food manufacturing preferred, but open to other sectors.
  * 
    Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
This is a hands-on role in a critical production environment, offering the chance to make a real impact on operational performance
