Location: East Ham
 Contract Type: Temporary
 Contract Length: Temporary contract - 3 Months with the view of extension

Are you a skilled Multi-Trade Operative looking for a rewarding opportunity in the social housing sector? We are currently seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team in East Ham for a temporary contract. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine the most effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance requests.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Complete necessary documentation and reports related to maintenance work.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or in a similar role, ideally within the social housing sector.
Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in trades (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are desired within Plumbing & Carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and colleagues.
A full UK driving license is required, as travel between sites may be necessary.What We Offer:
