Join our client's team as a Multi-Trader, based in Stevenage, where you'll utilise your diverse skills across carpentry, plumbing, and decorating disciplines. This role is perfect for a competent tradesperson who thrives in a multi-faceted environment, working on social housing void refurbishments. You will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks independently, from carpentry repairs to decorating, as well as collaborating with other trades on more complex projects within the same property. The position offers consistent ongoing work, starting Tuesday, and requires flexibility, reliability, and a practical approach to varied trade challenges. You should be comfortable working both solo and as part of a team, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout each project. **Requirements:**

Proven experience as a competent multi-trader with skills in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
	
No CSCS card necessary
	
Relevant PPE must be provided
	
Experience working within social housing environments is advantageous
	
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other trades
	
Strong communication skills and reliability
