✅ Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of UK experience as a Support Worker or Carer
Valid PMVA (3-Day Training – BILD Certified)
Completed Mandatory Training (CSTF Aligned)- both online and practical courses
Enhanced DBS covering both Children & Adults
Registered on the DBS Update Service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
