Do you have strong technical experience within RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecomms or similar field?

Job Title: Network Service Lead

Location: Close to Fulbourn

Salary: £negotiable DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility required due to the nature of the role)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based close to Fulbourn is seeking an Network Service Lead to join there team on a full time, permanent basis.

As Network Service Lead you will be responsible for:

  * Leading the technical service function.

  * Allocating and prioritising work

  * Providing technical support to customers

  * Line manage, support and develop members of the technical team.

  * Take ownership of escalated issues

  * Create and configure accounts

  * Configure and test equipment.

  * Support onboarding of customers

  * Maintain accurate records.

  * Monitor/rectify network issues

  * Developing processes/documentation.

An ideal candidate for the Network Service Lead will have:

  * A strong technical background in RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecommunications, connected equipment or a closely related field.

  * Practical experience with some of the technologies that support RTK delivery

  * The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and equipment

  * The ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users

  * Experience supervising, mentoring or line managing

  * Strong organisational skills

  * A full UK driving licence.
