Job Description

Service Advisor – Cambridge

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Cambridge. Applicants must have at least 2 years' main dealership Service Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Cambridge
Salary: Circa £32,000 basic depending on experience
OTE: £40,000+ uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–2:00pm (47 hours average)

Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process
Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate appointments
Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs and completion times
Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller
Explain and recommend additional maintenance and repair work
Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and workshop records
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving Aftersales targetsService Advisor Requirements
Minimum 2 years' main dealership Service Advisor experience
Previous experience within an automotive Aftersales department
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
Full UK Driving Licence
