Job Description

New Homes Sales Advisor

Location: Exeter
Salary: £32,000 basic + £55,000+ OTE
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday
Weekend: 1 full weekend off per month

The Opportunity

This is a single-manned sales site, so previous experience in new homes sales is essential.

We're looking for someone who is confident running a sales office independently, managing their own workload, handling enquiries and viewings, progressing reservations and driving sales without the need for a large sales team around them.

This would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor who is commercially driven, organised and comfortable taking full ownership of their development.

Key Responsibilities

  * Taking full ownership of the sales office and development

  * Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries into reservations

  * Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

  * Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

  * Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

  * Providing an excellent customer experience

  * Managing reservations and sales administration

  * Keeping CRM systems and customer records up to date

  * Working closely with site managers, head office and other internal teams

  * Maintaining the presentation of the sales office and show homes

  * Proactively generating and converting new business

About You

Previous New Homes Sales experience is essential, particularly experience working on a single-manned or independently operated development.

You will need to be someone who:

  * Can confidently manage a development without day-to-day supervision

  * Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets

  * Is confident conducting viewings and negotiating with customers

  * Has excellent communication and customer service skills

  * Is highly organised and self-motivated

  * Understands the new homes sales process

  * Can manage multiple customers and priorities effectively

  * Is commercially aware and focused on achieving results

  * Has a full UK driving licence

Package

£32,000 Basic Salary
£55,000+ OTE
Thursday – Monday
1 weekend off per month
