Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding business. Competitive basic salary up to £31,000 plus £3,500 performance-based OTE

Some Saturday mornings on a rota basis, providing additional earning potentialDuties as a Parts Sales Executive:

Handling outbound and inbound calls to deliver excellent customer service
Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships
Achieving individual sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth
Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock levels and availability meet customer demands
Building strong relationships with clients through expert advice and identifying sales opportunities
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesRequirements for the Parts Sales Executive position:

Proven experience in motor trade parts sales or a similar role
Strong telephone and communication skills with a proactive sales approach
Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and customer engagement
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding targets
Flexibility to work hours between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, including some Saturday mornings on a rota basis
