Night Porter – Walsingham, Norfolk
Shifts: 6:00pm – 8:00am
Contract: Agency
Location: Walsingham, Norfolk
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and responsible Night Porter to join our team in the historic village of Walsingham. This is an overnight role that combines guest care with maintaining the safety and security of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a welcoming front-of-house presence prior to the night shift
* Assist guests on arrival, including showing them to their rooms and helping with luggage
* Ensure the security of the building throughout the night
* Respond to guest enquiries and assist with any issues that arise overnight
* Complete basic housekeeping or light duties as required
* Monitor the premises and maintain a calm, safe environment
Requirements
* First Aid training is essential
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the night
* A friendly, helpful attitude and the ability to work independently
* Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
