CNC Miller – Nights – MAZAK / FANUC – 3, 4 & 5 Axis – Permanent – Greater Manchester
CNC Miller required for a permanent night-shift role with a market-leading engineering company.
Our client is a genuine industry leader with a global client base and an expanding order book. Due to growth, they have opened new sites around Greater Manchester and are looking for skilled CNC Millers to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with MAZAK or FANUC controls, gain extensive training, and enjoy a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities – CNC Miller
  * 
    Edit, set up, and operate CNC milling machines (MAZAK / FANUC)
  * 
    Work on 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines
  * 
    Inspect and measure components to ensure engineering specifications and tolerances are met
  * 
    Follow engineering drawings accurately
  * 
    Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  * 
    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality and productivity
  * 
    Participate in overtime when required
Candidate Requirements
  * 
    Time-served CNC Miller with apprentice training in CNC machining
  * 
    Experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines
  * 
    Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  * 
    Available to work permanent night shifts (22:00 – 06:00, Mon – Fri)
  * 
    Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and attendance
  * 
    Able to provide 2 work references and a solid employment history
Hours, Pay & Benefits
  * 
    Permanent night shift: 22:00 – 06:00, Monday – Friday
  * 
    Salary dependent on experience – assessed individually based on skill set
  * 
    Overtime available
  *
