Requirements for this role:
Minimum 6 months experience in an early years setting.
Passionate about childcare and child development.
Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
Organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.
Excellent communication skills.
Provide your last 5 years work history for your references.
Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Key Responsibilities
Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.
Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development.
Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.
Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.
Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.
