Hours: Flexible shifts between 08:00–18:30, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £12.50-£16.00/Hour
About the Role:
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our agency supply team in the North Walsham area. You will be supporting a well-established early years setting with high standards of care, strong team values, excellent indoor and outdoor environments, and a child-centred approach to learning.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy flexible work, want to choose their shifts, or are looking to gain experience in a variety of early years environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, engaging, high-quality care for children aged 0–5.
Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Help maintain a stimulating, safe and inclusive environment.
Work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure ratios and routines are maintained.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times.
Adapt quickly to different rooms, age groups and routines.
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Preferred but not required).
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
A positive, professional and flexible approach.
Reliable and able to pick up shifts at short notice.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
