Nursery Manager

Location: Northwich Area
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38-40 hours per week, over 4 days
Salary: £14.50 per hour

Premier Education is working in partnership with a friendly, small nursery in the Northwich area seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit setting and wants to take the lead in developing and growing the nursery, supporting a small team and helping increase numbers while maintaining high standards of care and education.

Role Overview:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery

Support and motivate a small, dedicated team of staff

Ensure high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework

Build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff

Support the nursery's development and help grow enrolment numbers

Maintain high standards of safeguarding and welfare

Candidate Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)

Previous experience in a senior or management role within a nursery

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

A proactive approach with a passion for developing a nurturing early years environment
