Job Description

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time only)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for one of very popular primary schools in Knutsford. They are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children in a nurturing, play-based environment where their development and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities

  * 

    Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

  * 

    Assist with daily routines, including snack times and outdoor play

  * 

    Work closely with colleagues to support children’s individual needs

  * 

    Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

Requirements:

  * 

    Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (essential)

  * 

    Level 3 qualification in Childcare (desirable)

  * 

    A genuine passion for working with young children

  * 

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

  * 

    A caring, patient, and reliable approach

Successful candidates will be required to complete full compliance checks prior to placement, including:

  * An enhanced DBS check on the update service

  * A full employment history with any gaps explained

  * Health declaration and suitability to work with children
