Occupational Health Advisor Part-Time |Home-Based

Permanent

Up to £50,000 pro rata

3 Days Per Week

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health professional who can deliver case management

Low Case Load 3-5 Cases Per Day

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:

  * 

    Deliver remote case management consultations - 3 to 5 cases per day (management referrals, health surveillance reviews)

  * 

    Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

  * 

    Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.

About You

Essential qualifications and experience:

  * 

    Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1).

  * 

    Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse – Occupational Health (NMC Part 3).

  * 

    Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

  * 

    Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  * 

    Reliable, organised, flexible, and able to work independently.

  * 

    Eligible for DBS clearance.

Desirable skills:

  * 

    Experience managing or supervising clinical teams.

  * 

    Familiarity with occupational health management systems (e.g., eOPAS).

  * 

    Understanding of SEQOHS standards and audit processes.

  * 

    Experience in workplace health promotion or wellbeing programmes.

This is a remote Occupational Health Advisor role however their is a requirement to visit head office in Surrey twice a year
