Job Title: Shipping & Office Support Administrator
Reporting To: Finance Lead
Location: On-site (UK)
Contract: Temporary – Maternity Cover
The Recruitment Group are happy to announce we are actively recruiting for a highly respected client in the Rugby Area in their Admin/ Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound shipments of components from global suppliers by various transport methods.
Organise outbound dispatch of finished products and spare parts.
Carry out import/export administration and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
Maintain and track documentation for import and export declarations.
Arrange the return of non-conforming goods to suppliers.
Support sales administration, including processing orders and assisting with credit-related tasks.
Monitor and allocate incoming emails within shared inboxes.
Undertake general office functions such as call handling, filing, managing supplies, and document preparation.
Assist the service team with admin tasks, including arranging collections/shipments, producing quotations, and processing related orders.
Skills & Competencies
Background in import/export processes and regulatory compliance.
Strong organisational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Positive, proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Clear and professional communication skills, verbal and written.
Competence with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing).
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial but not essential.
